10/10 We had contacted Consumer Direct because our builder patio doors were producing so much condensation that we could not see out of them. We ordered our custom Patio doors and 2 Windows in July 2021 and it took about 12 weeks to manufacture them. We had it installed in November 2021 and their team was able to install it within a day.
