We are very impressed with the quality of the windows and doors installed. The installation was completed within the time frame allotted for the job. Quality of the workmanship was superb and the installers were clean and tidy during and at the end of job. Communication between us and the salesperson David was very timely with regards to updates on the timeline for install and any other questions regarding the product itself. We are very pleased and happy with the updates to our house. Money well spent on upgrading the windows and doors in our home.

10/10 Over the years I have contracted several different window companies and this one by far was the best. The installers were professional and took great pride in the finished product. I have had several neighbours comment on how beautiful the bay window is and they were going to call and ask for a quote. I would highly recommend Consumers Direct.
