Thank you consumer Direct, the basement windows are great. Sorry that the installer had to return a second time but overall I like the windows.

Updated main floor windows and patio door. After many quotes and show room visits, I went with Consumer Direct because their product seemed to be the best bang for my buck. Did not feel pressured at all. Installers were on time and efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and are so happy we went with the black. Clean and tidy look to our home.
