Thank you consumer Direct, the basement windows are great. Sorry that the installer had to return a second time but overall I like the windows.

Hardworking groups, they did a great job on my windows. Customer service is also great. They’re polite and were responsive to my questions and concerns. After the initial installation, I wanted to make some adjustments and called them. They were able to come back within 1 week to make minor adjustments (adjust the way my blinds were installed). Overall, really happy with my experience and the final outcome of my windows. Thank you!
10/10 We had 4-5 different come in for quotes and CD was by far the cheapest. They also brought in a sample window splice so you could see the difference between single and triple panel windows. The staff was always readily available to answer questions and they were able to install my windows months before other companies could.
