I had an older large window which wasn’t safe and energy efficient for a number of years. I contacted David at Consumers Direct Windows and Doors. They replaced it this year with a smaller triple glass window. They did a beautiful job, it’s energy efficient and also eliminated the noises and distractions I experienced in the past. I’m very pleased with the work they’ve done and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends or neighbors.

Hardworking groups, they did a great job on my windows. Customer service is also great. They’re polite and were responsive to my questions and concerns. After the initial installation, I wanted to make some adjustments and called them. They were able to come back within 1 week to make minor adjustments (adjust the way my blinds were installed). Overall, really happy with my experience and the final outcome of my windows. Thank you!
