Very professional

Consumer Direct had installed a new front door and 7 new windows. We had contacted 4 companies for quotes, and Consumer Direct not only came in with the best price, but the service received to get the quote was very professional and personal and the quality of the material was good quality. Jon was very knowledgeable and ensured that he took the time to explain all the steps with us. We had made 2 changes to not only the front door but the windows as well, and Jon provided updated quotes very quickly. When the time came to make a decision regarding colour of the door, they did not have a physical sample available, so went out of their way to contact the manufacturer to get a sample. Jon was very instrumental in helping us make a decision on our front door selection. We at first wanted to stay with a similar style of the door with a side window, but John showed us a picture of a previous client who removed the side window and enlarged the door to a custom size (40″). The result was spectacular. We now love our new entrance. When installation time arrived, the crew were very professional and followed all COVID protocols. They ensured that they laid runners throughout the house to ensure that the floors were kept clean. After installation was complete, they vacuumed all the areas and put all old material in the garbage that they took with them. They went around to all areas to ensure that we knew how the new windows opened (as they were different than our old ones) as well as to ensure that all outside areas were completed sealed.
