Our windows and patio doors on the back of the house were originals !…. We grew concerned about energy and heat loss and decided to shop around …. For a Quote.
After searching we finally received a response from Gerry at Consumer Direct windows and doors . He met with us and through his demonstrations , professionalism and salesmanship personality we felt motivated to decide to begin the process of 2 patio doors and 5 windows.
Installation crew ( Terry and Dennis ) were great!

Couldn’t have asked for a better consultation. He had worked as an window installer & understood questions to asked. He understood my budgetary concerns and worked to meet my needs. Kept us informed of any delays. The team that installed the windows were artists in the framing of the windows was flawless! Totally satisfied
