Our windows and patio doors on the back of the house were originals !…. We grew concerned about energy and heat loss and decided to shop around …. For a Quote.
After searching we finally received a response from Gerry at Consumer Direct windows and doors . He met with us and through his demonstrations , professionalism and salesmanship personality we felt motivated to decide to begin the process of 2 patio doors and 5 windows.
Installation crew ( Terry and Dennis ) were great!

Jerry’s professionalism, guidance for best solution to our needs and help with our project was fantastic. Our new back door provides exactly what we hoped for with more light, sound proofing and a much sleeker updated look. Jerry’s installers Dale and Shawn were efficient and clean and very professional. We had our main floor windows replaced by Consumers Direct. The sales representative, Jerry, was very friendly and readily answered our questions before we signed on. The installers were very punctual and completed the installation on the required time, also cleaned up as they worked. When contacted for answers, we got prompt response. We are looking forward to the winter of warmth in the house
