We had our main floor windows replaced by Consumers Direct. The sales representative, Jerry, was very friendly and readily answered our questions before we signed on. The installers were very punctual and completed the installation on the required time, also cleaned up as they worked. When contacted for answers, we got prompt response.
We are looking forward to the winter of warmth in the house

David (Greenberg) walked us through all of our options and helped us pick doors that met our budget and needs without any pressure. They measured twice by two different people to make sure it everything was right. Installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Looks great and makes such a huge difference in updating our house’s decor.
