We had our main floor windows replaced by Consumers Direct. The sales representative, Jerry, was very friendly and readily answered our questions before we signed on. The installers were very punctual and completed the installation on the required time, also cleaned up as they worked. When contacted for answers, we got prompt response.
We are looking forward to the winter of warmth in the house
