Professional from beginning to end

Our experience with this company was a pleasure and very professional from beginning to end. Our salesman promised us new windows in December and while we were fully prepared for that to be delayed with everything going on they were on time and completed in the time promised with added extras as needed. They were not finished until the job was completed to everyone’s satisfaction. As for the windows we have seen an immediate change in both the temperature and (added bonus) sound quality in the home. This was a much needed and well worth it renovation.

Amazing Group, Beautiful Windows!

Hardworking groups, they did a great job on my windows. Customer service is also great. They’re polite and were responsive to my questions and concerns. After the initial installation, I wanted to make some adjustments and called them. They were able to come back within 1 week to make minor adjustments (adjust the way my blinds were installed). Overall, really happy with my experience and the final outcome of my windows. Thank you!

I called a few companies and Consumer Direct price point was right in the middle. We choose to do business with them because they seemed to be the most hands on and answered all my questions. The installers took a lot of pride in their workmanship and the end result looks beautiful. One of the windows has a round top transom and was very difficult to install but they did a great job.
