Thank you consumer Direct, the basement windows are great. Sorry that the installer had to return a second time but overall I like the windows.

They also brought in a sample window splice so you could see the difference between single and triple panel windows. The staff was always readily available to answer questions and they were able to install my windows months before other companies could.
