10/10
We had 4-5 different come in for quotes and CD was by far the cheapest. They also brought in a sample window splice so you could see the difference between single and triple panel windows. The staff was always readily available to answer questions and they were able to install my windows months before other companies could.
When the install guys came they were professional and cleaned up after themselves completely. I cannot recommended Consumer’s Direct enough

The entire process was a great experience. The team is extremely patient and helpful with choosing between all the style and colour options. Install was great – the crew are very clean and tidy. They take pride in their work. We can’t believe the transformation our new door...
5/5
We changed our doors last year. I found them professional, polite & customer centric. They were our first & only choice when we decided to change windows this year.
