Awesome job, great customer service from start to finish. Sales team was great, the installers were awesome. My windows look amazing. I already notice a big difference in the temperature of my home. The furnace kicks in half as much as before. Worth the money spent for sure

8/10 We dealt with Jerry from Consumer Direct Windows and he was a true professional from the start. We interviewed two other window companies but it was Jerry’s customer service and quick response that really sold us. The windows have now been installed and the work was very well done. We are happy with our decision to go with this company.
