Consumer Direct Windows and Doors is a great company. The rep was very helpful and invited us to the showroom so we could personally see the casement Windows we were going to purchase. The quality of the windows is very good. Noise reduction, more glass than other companies and they look amazing. The installers were very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. They explained the window usage and care. I would certainly use this company for future jobs.

We are satisfied with the windows and even the neighbors and people passing by are admiring the windows. The installers did a good job and are pleasant to talked to. They cleaned the windows and whatever mess they did.
