We dealt with Jerry from Consumer Direct Windows and he was a true professional from the start. We interviewed two other window companies but it was Jerry’s customer service and quick response that really sold us. The windows have now been installed and the work was very well done. We are happy with our decision to go with this company.

Our experience with this company was a pleasure and very professional from beginning to end. Our salesman promised us new windows in December and while we were fully prepared for that to be delayed with everything going on they were on time and completed in the time promised with added extras as needed. They were not finished until the job was completed to everyone’s satisfaction. As for the windows we have seen an immediate change...

I have had several neighbours comment on how beautiful the bay window is and they were going to call and ask for a quote. I would highly recommend Consumers Direct.
