We dealt with Jerry from Consumer Direct Windows and he was a true professional from the start. We interviewed two other window companies but it was Jerry’s customer service and quick response that really sold us. The windows have now been installed and the work was very well done. We are happy with our decision to go with this company.

10/10 David came out the give the initial quote. He was very professional and came up with good designs. The price was very fair. The installers did a wonderful job. I just hired them again to change my front door.

Consumer Direct Windows and Doors is a great company. The rep was very helpful and invited us to the showroom so we could personally see the casement Windows we were going to purchase. The quality of the windows is very good. Noise reduction, more glass than other companies and they look amazing. The installers were very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion.
