Fabulous company to work with from beginning to end! After 21 yrs it was definitely time for new front doors. Jerry was Excellent to deal with, and with so many choices to make, he made it feel seamless and was very patient. We also capped our garage door frame to match the front door frame, per Jerry’s suggestion, perfect! The materials came in early, booking instal was easy and Dale and Shawn (the installers) were also Excellent and thorough!!

We had our main floor windows replaced by Consumers Direct. The sales representative, Jerry, was very friendly and readily answered our questions before we signed on. The installers were very punctual and completed the installation on the required time, also cleaned up as they worked. When contacted for answers, we got prompt response. We are looking forward to the winter of warmth in the house
- Rahenatu R10/10 Jeremy was prepared with examples of doors and very knowledgeable when I asked any questions. Installation crew was professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone!
