10/10
Fabulous company to work with from beginning to end! After 21 yrs it was definitely time for new front doors. Jerry was Excellent to deal with, and with so many choices to make, he made it feel seamless and was very patient. We also capped our garage door frame to match the front door frame, per Jerry’s suggestion, perfect! The materials came in early, booking instal was easy and Dale and Shawn (the installers) were also Excellent and thorough!!
Signed, happy customer!

We received 5 quotes. Consumer Direct was the most reasonably priced and professional. David was great to deal with and went above and beyond in informing us with product details. I would highly recommend this company.
- Joslyn Almeida10/10 I would first off like to say, Jerry is a pleasure to work with. He helped us thru a difficult project idea and made it totally possible to do exactly what I envisioned. He was prompt with his quote, came out to see us in person and made us feel like he was truly interested in us as people not just customers. I recommend them 100% to everyone.
