I called a few companies and Consumer Direct price point was right in the middle. We choose to do business with them because they seemed to be the most hands on and answered all my questions. The installers took a lot of pride in their workmanship and the end result looks beautiful. One of the windows has a round top transom and was very difficult to install but they did a great job. The salesmen David was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Thank you consumer Direct, the basement windows are great. Sorry that the installer had to return a second time but overall I like the windows.

Did not feel pressured at all. Installers were on time and efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and are so happy we went with the black. Clean and tidy look to our home.
