I called a few companies and Consumer Direct price point was right in the middle. We choose to do business with them because they seemed to be the most hands on and answered all my questions. The installers took a lot of pride in their workmanship and the end result looks beautiful. One of the windows has a round top transom and was very difficult to install but they did a great job. The salesmen David was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

10/10 Couldn’t have asked for a better consultation. He had worked as an window installer & understood questions to asked. He understood my budgetary concerns and worked to meet my needs. Kept us informed of any delays. The team that installed the windows were artists in the framing of the windows was flawless! Totally satisfied

We had such an amazing experience with CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS! David was excellent to deal with and guided me to getting a great rebate which saved me lots on the cost. The installers Terry and Dennis did a clean install, they were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys.
