I called a few companies and Consumer Direct price point was right in the middle. We choose to do business with them because they seemed to be the most hands on and answered all my questions. The installers took a lot of pride in their workmanship and the end result looks beautiful. One of the windows has a round top transom and was very difficult to install but they did a great job. The salesmen David was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

10/10 From the beginning the rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We had 4 casement windows installed and are quite pleased with the finished product. The installers were on time and very professional. The installed windows look amazing and the quality of work was well worth the money. I would definitely use Consumer Direct Windows for any future upgrades or replacements.

I had an older large window which wasn’t safe and energy efficient for a number of years. I contacted David at Consumers Direct Windows and Doors. They replaced it this year with a smaller triple glass window. They did a beautiful job, it’s energy efficient and also eliminated the noises and distractions I experienced in the past. I’m very pleased with the work they’ve done and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends...
