I called a few companies and Consumer Direct price point was right in the middle. We choose to do business with them because they seemed to be the most hands on and answered all my questions. The installers took a lot of pride in their workmanship and the end result looks beautiful. One of the windows has a round top transom and was very difficult to install but they did a great job. The salesmen David was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

10/10 Highly recommend this company. We had a builder double for that desperately needed to be replaced. We chose to install a wider single for with side lites. The entire process was a great experience. The team is extremely patient and helpful with choosing between all the style and colour options. Install was great – the crew are very clean and tidy. The team at Consumer Direct Windows and Doors converted our builder’s double doors and installed a beautiful extra wide fibreglass single door with sidelites and transom. The team is professional with excellent customer service.
