After struggling to close our stiff, old sliding door for much too long we decided it was time to make a change. We kept hearing about Jerry from Jerry’s Windows and Doors (Consumer Direct Windows and Doors) and how amazing the products were so we decided to give him a call. We selected the most gorgeous sliding doors with great security features and built in blinds. We had a slight issue with the wrong handle...

Very pleased

Very pleased with the process starting from the representative David coming to our home to provide options and pricing etc. Procedure from there was quite fluid from applying for the Greener Homes Grant to having the windows installed. There were delays of course with product but it is what it is due to the times that we are living in at the moment. No complaints whatsoever.
