Updated main floor windows and patio door. After many quotes and show room visits, I went with Consumer Direct because their product seemed to be the best bang for my buck.
David was extremely professional, knowledgeable, had many great suggestions and was quick to respond to any questions I had.
Installation went very smoothly, Dale and his team were quick and clean. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct and was happy to refer them to friends and family members.

10/10 Hardworking groups, they did a great job on my windows. Customer service is also great. They’re polite and were responsive to my questions and concerns. After the initial installation, I wanted to make some adjustments and called them. They were able to come back within 1 week to make minor adjustments (adjust the way my blinds were installed). Overall, really happy with my experience and the final outcome of my windows. Thank you!
