Very pleased with the process starting from the representative David coming to our home to provide options and pricing etc. Procedure from there was quite fluid from applying for the Greener Homes Grant to having the windows installed. There were delays of course with product but it is what it is due to the times that we are living in at the moment.
No complaints whatsoever.
