I had an older large window which wasn’t safe and energy efficient for a number of years. I contacted David at Consumers Direct Windows and Doors. They replaced it this year with a smaller triple glass window. They did a beautiful job, it’s energy efficient and also eliminated the noises and distractions I experienced in the past. I’m very pleased with the work they’ve done and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends or neighbors.

5/5 Very pleased with the process starting from the representative David coming to our home to provide options and pricing etc. Procedure from there was quite fluid from applying for the Greener Homes Grant to having the windows installed. There were delays of course with product but it is what it is due to the times that we are living in at the moment. No complaints whatsoever.

David (Greenberg) walked us through all of our options and helped us pick doors that met our budget and needs without any pressure. They measured twice by two different people to make sure it everything was right. Installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Looks great and makes such a huge difference in updating our house’s decor.
