We had contacted Consumer Direct because our builder patio doors were producing so much condensation that we could not see out of them. We ordered our custom Patio doors and 2 Windows in July 2021 and it took about 12 weeks to manufacture them. We had it installed in November 2021 and their team was able to install it within a day. Everything was perfect and the finished product looks outstanding. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and have recommended their company to many friends.

Consumer Direct did my windows first and I was so happy that I purchased a door from them. Peter the installer did a great job and was a very nice guy. David the salesmen was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs windows or doors. Very pleased with our new windows

We recently replaced several windows in the front of our home. Consumers Direct provided very professional service. Sales person was polite ,professional and informative. Did not feel pressured at all. Installers were on time and efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and are so happy we went with the black. Clean and tidy look to our home. Would definitely recommend Consumers direct windows and doors to potential customers.
