We had contacted Consumer Direct because our builder patio doors were producing so much condensation that we could not see out of them. We ordered our custom Patio doors and 2 Windows in July 2021 and it took about 12 weeks to manufacture them. We had it installed in November 2021 and their team was able to install it within a day. Everything was perfect and the finished product looks outstanding. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and have recommended their company to many friends.

10/10 New window experience with this company was great. Dave came in to do the initial assessment and we were very comfortable dealing with him. The installers were amazing while they were here. The whole experience was very easy and fast. Windows look amazing and very happy with them.
