New window experience with this company was great. Dave came in to do the initial assessment and we were very comfortable dealing with him. The installers were amazing while they were here. The whole experience was very easy and fast. Windows look amazing and very happy with them.

5/5 We had such an amazing experience with CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS! David was excellent to deal with and guided me to getting a great rebate which saved me lots on the cost. The installers Terry and Dennis did a clean install, they were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys.

Responds to any questions promptly and is very happy to give suggestions with respect to coordination of door colours to compliment the look of our home.
