From the beginning the rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We had 4 casement windows installed and are quite pleased with the finished product. The installers were on time and very professional. The installed windows look amazing and the quality of work was well worth the money. I would definitely use Consumer Direct Windows for any future upgrades or replacements.

10/10 What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. David was a great help advising on what type of windows to choose for my needs and budget and at a good price. Installers did a great job and and went the extra mile by hanging my window coverings back up for me. Next year I will use them again to replace my front door.
