From the beginning the rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We had 4 casement windows installed and are quite pleased with the finished product. The installers were on time and very professional. The installed windows look amazing and the quality of work was well worth the money. I would definitely use Consumer Direct Windows for any future upgrades or replacements.

10/10 I set up an appointment with Jerry when I received the flyer in my Canada post mailbox. He was throughly professional and patiently answered all my questions and gave me a good price as well. The real gems were the actual window installers Dale and Shawn. They were superb! Great job done! I am fully satisfied with their work. I strongly recommend their service. You will never regret.
