Contest Rules & Regulations for 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA

Contest Period
Contest is valid only from June 1 – 26, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility
This contest is open to all residents in Canada, the age of 18 or over, excluding employees of AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA as well as members of the immediate families of such employees (living in the same household as the employees). The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
For the purposes of these Contest Rules, regarding the AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ prize, the entrant is the individual in whose name the AIR MILES collector number has been established and this is the individual to whom the prize will be awarded if he/she is selected and declared a winner.

How to Enter
Every $1,000 spent, excluding taxes, equals 10 entries into the Contest. Every quote on windows or doors will receive 1 entry into the Contest. Qualifying actions must take place between June 1 – 26, 2024. If the information you provide when entering is inaccurate, your entry will be void. Limit of one entry per person/collector.

Prize Description
There are three (3) Grand Prizes available to be won: 1st Place; 10,000 AIR MILES® Reward Miles™, 2nd Place; 3,000 AIR MILES® Reward Miles™, and 3rd Place; 1,000 AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ (the “Prizes”). Prizes to be awarded within 30 days from the end of the Contest Period. Prizes will be provided via electronic transfer to winners’ AIR MILES accounts within 30 days after the random draw. To ensure that the winner receive the Prize in their collector account, winner should ensure their balance preference (AIR MILES Cash Miles™ or AIR MILES Dream Miles™) is set as desired prior to the Prize being posted in their collector account. Draw will take place at 1751 Wentworth St, Whitby ON L1N 8V5, on June 28, 2024, in accordance with the procedure described in Rule 5 below.
The approximate retail value of an AIR MILES Reward Miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption, available Reward options at the time of redemption, and the set preference between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances. If redeemed with AIR MILES Cash, 95 Cash Miles can be used in-store for $10 towards purchases at participating AIR MILES Partners or 95 Cash Miles can be used online for eVouchers for $10 worth of value at participating Reward Partners. If redeemed for flights, value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. Winner must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES Reward Miles used for non-flight Reward options depends on Reward options in effect at the time of redemption. AIR MILES Reward Miles prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. AIR MILES Reward Miles prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Prize Drawing
Winners will be randomly selected via a draw from all eligible entries received within the Contest Period. The draw will take place at 1751 Wentworth St, Whitby ON L1N 8V5, on June 28, 2024. Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email at least three (3) times within seven (7) days. If the winners cannot be contacted at that time, other entrants will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrants will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA or its affiliates.
In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question, and they will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA from all liability relating to the Contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have 5 days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, or if they fail to correctly answer the skill-testing question, another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, or 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA or anyone involved in the Contest.

Condition of Participation
Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these contest rules by entrant. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the Prize. The prize winners agree by accepting the Prize to release AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes and in all mediums utilized by AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA without payment or compensation.

Chances of Winning
Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Ownership of the Contest
The contest is managed by 2405634 Ontario o/a CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS GTA. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc. and RMG Loyalty are in no way connected to the management of this contest.

Enrollment in the AIR MILES® Reward Program
If a potential winner of AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ is not an AIR MILES® collector, they may enroll in the AIR MILES® Reward Program by visiting airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time.
