Sales person was knowledgeable and answered all queries. Service delivered on timeline promised. Installers were professional and neat. I am very satisfied with the product and they looking great. Would highly recommend and use Consumer Direct again.

We had our main floor windows replaced by Consumers Direct. The sales representative, Jerry, was very friendly and readily answered our questions before we signed on. The installers were very punctual and completed the installation on the required time, also cleaned up as they worked. When contacted for answers, we got prompt response. We are looking forward to the winter of warmth in the house
