Very pleased with the process starting from the representative David coming to our home to provide options and pricing etc. Procedure from there was quite fluid from applying for the Greener Homes Grant to having the windows installed. There were delays of course with product but it is what it is due to the times that we are living in at the moment.
No complaints whatsoever.

Fabulous company to work with from beginning to end! After 21 yrs it was definitely time for new front doors. Jerry was Excellent to deal with, and with so many choices to make, he made it feel seamless and was very patient. Our salesman promised us new windows in December and while we were fully prepared for that to be delayed with everything going on they were on time and completed in the time promised with added extras as needed.
