Our family is very happy with the windows and doors that were installed. Dale and Sean installed the windows and doors and did an excellent job. when we visited the showroom the staff did an excellent job in assisting us. David the sales rep was very professional, kind and helped us with the designs. we highly recommend this company.

10/10 I would first off like to say, Jerry is a pleasure to work with. He helped us thru a difficult project idea and made it totally possible to do exactly what I envisioned. He was prompt with his quote, came out to see us in person and made us feel like he was truly interested in us as people not just customers. I recommend them 100% to everyone.

We recently replaced several windows in the front of our home. Consumers Direct provided very professional service. Sales person was polite, professional and informative. Did not feel pressured at all. Installers were on time and efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and are so happy we went with the black. Clean and tidy look to our home. Would definitely recommend Consumers direct windows and doors to potential customers.
